Heidi brings greater than fifteen years experience within the healthcare sector specializing in various roles within long term care. She is passionate and innovative about supporting people and their families. Heidi’s unique knowledge of and experience in the long term care sector makes her a perfect leader for Nurses Your Way.
Josh Bennett
Director of Operations
Josh brings more than fifteen years of Senior Management experience to his position as Director of Operations here at Nurses Your Way. He believes open communication, hard work and dedication are the key fundamentals to leading a successful team. Josh is a mentor and visionary and is an integral member of the Nurses Your Way team.

Sarah McDonald
Sarah is one of Nurses Your Ways leading client care managers. She brings a substantial amount of experience to Nurses Your Way through her work in the long-term care sector and home care. Sarah is very skilled in customer service and staffing while knowing the ins and outs of the business. She can't wait to assist with your inquiries!
Marketing Manager
Ben Potter
Ben has been with Nurses Your Way since it's inception. Post graduation of his Marketing program he took a job with Nurses Your Way as a Marketing Specialist and has worked his way up to Marketing Manager. Ben brings a vast knowledge of social media marketing as well as public relations and advertising. He looks forward to interacting with clients via Nurses Your Ways social medias.
Bobbi-Jo Bennett
Office Administrator
Bobbi-Jo has extensive experience in coordinating all office and administration related tasks through her previous office manager position. We welcome her vast knowledge and experience in the administrative field to the Nurses Your Way team.

Fiona is our Human Resource and Recruitment Specialist and is the newest member of the Nurses Your Way administrative team.
